What we can help with
Corrections
If you think something on the site is wrong, out of date or unclear, please tell us. Corrections are the messages we value most. Include the page address, the sentence or figure in question and, if you can, a link to the source that shows the correct information. A regulator page, a piece of legislation or a game studio’s own published figure is ideal. We check every report and update the page if we were wrong.
Casino listings
Operators who want to be considered for listing should include their Gambling Commission account number and the brand and domain names they trade under. We only consider casinos holding an active remote casino licence from the Gambling Commission that covers the brand in question. Being considered does not mean being listed, and no payment changes a score.
Questions about our scoring
If you would like to know why a casino scored the way it did, ask. We are happy to explain which of our six checks moved the score and why. The method itself is published on our how we rate page.
Press and partnerships
Please put “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line so your message reaches the right person on the team.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent comparison site, run by NonGamstopCasino Ltd. We are not a casino, we do not hold player accounts or funds, and we cannot see or change anything in your casino account. We are also not GAMSTOP and not the Gambling Commission.
- Problems with a casino account, such as a held withdrawal or a closed account, need to go to the casino first through its complaints procedure. If that does not resolve it within eight weeks, the casino must let you refer the dispute to its approved ADR provider, free of charge. Our complaints and ADR guide explains each step.
- Self-exclusion is handled by GAMSTOP directly at gamstop.co.uk. We cannot add, remove or change an exclusion.
- Reporting an unlicensed operator is best done through the Gambling Commission’s confidential reporting page.
